Carmel Valley – Del Mar Highlands – Annual Trick or Treat this is a must if you have little ones. The Del Mar Highlands Center puts on such a wonderful event of music, trick or treats from all the stores and you will see neighbors from the entire area, from Collins Ranch, Del Mar Heights, Santa Barbara, Sonoma, Torrey Hills and Rancho Pacifica.
