My choice of Barbara Maguire as my real estate agent was not an easy choice to make. She is an ex-neighbor and a good friend. I normally don’t believe in mixing business with friendship for fear of it all going south and the loss of a friendship. I took a chance knowing Barbie is a woman of faith who has strong principles and an incredible work ethic. I seriously don’t know how she does it. Our situation was a bit unique in that my condo was occupied by uncooperative renters. Barb went above and beyond in many instances as I had already left the state. I left knowing my home ( where I raised my daughter from the age of 3 to high school graduation ) was in great hands. She knew what that place meant to me and was completely sensitive to my occasional apprehension about seling it at all. She works with an assistant named Michelle and together they are the “Dream Team”! Once sold, the escrow process was as smooth as silk and I walked away a very satisfied and happy client. I love Barbara, not only as a friend but as an extremely capable professional. She’s a “straight shooter” and communication with her is key.
